These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SpeedTrading (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Service refers to the SpeedTrading interface, APIs, and all associated functionalities.
2. User means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service in any manner.
3. Other terms not defined herein shall have meanings commonly understood or as defined under applicable laws.

User Responsibilities and Risk Disclosure
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
2. SpeedTrading makes no representation or warranty regarding the Service’s availability, timeliness, accuracy, reliability, security, or error-free operation.
3. You assume all risks associated with the use of blockchain-based and automated trading services, including the potential for total loss of digital assets.
4. You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible, positions may be liquidated due to insufficient collateral, and losses may result from fees, funding rates, or other factors.
5. You are solely responsible for all losses incurred and agree not to hold SpeedTrading liable for any damages or remedies.

Access and Restrictions
By accessing or using the Service, you agree that:
1. SpeedTrading may monitor your use of the Service.
2. SpeedTrading reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Use of modified or impersonated interfaces.
- Unauthorized API access or suspicious activity.
- Market manipulation or actions harmful to market integrity.
- Any conduct that may harm the Service or other users.
3. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these monitoring and enforcement rights.
You agree not to engage in the following:
- Intellectual property infringement, including violations of copyrights, trademarks, patents, or privacy rights.
- Cyberattacks, including introducing malware, viruses, or DoS attacks.
- Fraud or misrepresentation, such as providing false or misleading information.
- Market manipulation, including spoofing, wash trading, or coordinated manipulation.
- Abuse of community platforms, including harassment, scams, misinformation, or excessive self-promotion.
- Violation of laws or regulations, including sanctions, AML, or KYC rules.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access and possible legal consequences.

Modifications to the Service or Terms
1. SpeedTrading may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
2. SpeedTrading may update these Terms or related policies at any time, and such updates become effective upon posting with an updated “Last updated” date.
3. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. SpeedTrading may restrict or terminate your access without notice if your activities are deemed unauthorized, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful.
2. SpeedTrading may offer programs, promotions, or challenges at its discretion. Such offerings may be modified or terminated at any time.
1. SpeedTrading does not guarantee continuous availability or functionality of its APIs.
2. You agree that:
- You will not use the API in a way that harms or interferes with the Service.
- You will not use the API for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- You will not upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code via the API.
SpeedTrading does not intentionally collect personal data.
Interactions with the Service may occur solely through publicly available blockchain addresses.
Any optional personal information you provide may not be protected or confidential.

No Professional Service
All information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
You should seek independent advice from a qualified professional before making decisions based on such information.
By using the Service, you expressly release and discharge SpeedTrading from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Speed Trading, its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
1. Your use or misuse of the Service.
2. Your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
3. Any activity conducted through your account, devices, or associated wallet.

Limitation of Liability
1. SpeedTrading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or data) arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
2. SpeedTrading is not responsible for:
- Errors or omissions in content.
- Unauthorized access to or use of servers or user data. - Service interruptions or cessation.
- Viruses or malicious software transmitted through the Service.
- Third-party content or actions.
3. The total liability of SpeedTrading to you shall not exceed USD 100 or the total amount you have paid for the Service, whichever is greater.
4. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, parts of this clause may not apply.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time.
The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules.
16.
Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
You and the Company each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, collective action, or other representative proceeding.
